Commission authorises creation of joint venture between Corus and Cogifer

Brussels, 21/12/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission gave the green light to the creation of a joint venture between Corus group plc, subsidiary of the British Steel group, and Cogifer (Companie general d'instalations ferroviaires), a French subsidiary of De Dietrich & Cie, responsible for the manufacturing and sale of railway switches and crossings in the United Kingdom.
