MAN AG GHH BORSIG, subsidiary of the German firm MAN (trucks, buses, machine-tools, printing) specialised in turbines, has signed an agreement with the Swiss industrial group SULZER in view of taking over its SULZER TURBO division. The cost of the transaction has not been disclosed but could amount to CHF 200 million. Following SLZER TURBO's integration, MAN AG GHH BORSIG will have an annual turnover of 600 million euro and a staff of 2,700.
