The German plastic film manufacturer KLOECKNER-WERKE has recommended to its shareholders that they do not accept the hostile bid by its main shareholder WCM (40% of the capital). WCM, portfolio company specialisted in the real estate sector and whose stock market capitalisation amounts to DM 3.04 bn, is proposing swapping one WCM share for one in KLOECKNER-WERKE, adding a premium of 7 euro a share.
