ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) temping

The Dutch temping agency UNIQUE INTERNATIONAL (turnover of some BF 3.8 bn in 1999) intends taking all the shares in TOP INTERIM and BIG INTERIM, in Belgium, and GRUPO AGIO, in Spain. The two Belgian companies expect a turnover of BF 1.3 bn in 2000 and AGIO BF 650 million.
