TDF - TELEDIFFUSION DE FRANCE (FRANCE TELECOM group: 720 million euro turnover in 1999) is to pay 141 million euro for a 49% stake in DIGITA (65.9 million euro turnover in 1999), subsidiary of the Finnish State-owned radio and television broadcasting company YLE. It has an option on a further 41% stake in the company between 1 July 2003 and 31 January 2005.
