CARDIF, subsidiary of the personal insurance branch of BNP PARIBAS (France), is to pay 11 million euro for a 5% stake in ROMA VITA, joint life insurance branch of TORO ASSICURAZIONI (Italian group FIAT) and BANCA DI ROMA.
