EU citizens are tolerant, poll notes

Vienna, 20/12/2000 (Agence Europe) - According to a Eurobarometer poll conducted on the initiative of the European Monitoring Centre for Racism and Xenophobia headed, in Vienna, by Beate Winkler, on "is the presence of people practising other religions a source of concern to you?", 82% of Europeans on average say no, whereas 14.3% on average say yes, that does cause them concern.
