German FRESENIUS is to make a bid (public offering) on WKA - WITTGENSTEINER KLINIKEN AG (annual turnover EUR 220 million with 4,600 employed), one of the largest private health care providers in Germany, thus giving the company a value of EUR 122.7 million.
