Danish ISS, specialised in services (cleaning, security, catering), has taken over the control of Dutch cleaning company LAVOLD GROEP (turnover around DKK 1.2 billion in 2000 with 10,750 employed), the owner of RANDSTAD HOLDING, for the sum of DKK 610 million.
