Mr Juncker reaffirms that small States must not become observers of decision-making process

Brussels, 07/12/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Luxembourg Prime Minister Jean-Claude Juncker, in an interview with the "Figaro" published on Thursday, admitted that, in the IGC, "we have lost a great deal of time with these discussions over the reduction in the number of Commissioners, and, on this point, I can only criticise the stance chosen by the large States including France".
