Brussels, 07/12/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Energy Council adopted conclusions specifying selection priorities and criteria for energy savings plans that will be developed on the framework of the "Community action plan for energy efficiency". The European Commission should present this plan to the Gothenburg Summit next spring.
