Brussels, 07/12/2000 (Agence Europe) - In Strasbourg next week, the European Parliament will hold its last plenary session of the year with two night sessions, Tuesday and Wednesday. Following directly on the heels of the Summit of Nice, the session will enable MEPs to make an initial analysis of the institutional reform and other results of the European Council, which may prove to be the longest and most difficult in the Community's history.
