French company FOCAL (expected turnover FF 600 million for 2000 with 60 employed) is to sell its software package subsidiary O.I.SYNFORM (turnover EUR 18.5 million in 1999 with 165 employed) to Finnish ALDATA. The transaction was negotiated on the basis of EUR 65.5 million for 100% of the capital. Initially, the Finnish side will acquire 67% of the company capital before acquiring the remaining capital at a later date.
