Brussels, 05/12/2000 (Agence Europe) - During the meeting of the Conference of Presidents from the European Parliament widened to include all the MEPs, the acting President of the Council, Pierre Moscovici, made, Tuesday in Brussels, an assessment of the works of the Intergovernmental Conference up to the European Council in Nice that must conclude the negotiations on institutional reform.
