German group KIRCH has joined forces with the audiovisual rights company EM.TV with the acquisition of a minority 16.74% stake in the capital. At the same time, KIRCH acquires 25% of SLEC, the British Bernie Ecclestone company, which owns the rights to Formula One, for the sum of $550 million.
