Brussels, 05/12/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Assembly of European Regions (AER) will be holding its 15th annual General Assembly on 7 and 8 December in Seinäjoki, in Finland. Essentially devoted to the organisation of the association (election of the president, accounting, etc.), the Assembly will also provide an opportunity for the AER to discuss governance in Europe, so that it may give its point of view in the context of preparing the European Commission's White Paper on this subject.
