Luxembourg, 04/12/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Third Chamber of the European Court of Justice presided by Judge Claus Gulmann has found Italy guilty for failing to transpose into national law the 1997 Directive (97/51/EC) on competition in the telecommunications sector (open networks).
