The Belgian information technology engineering group ARIANE II (turnover EUR 125 million expected for 2001) has announced the acquisition of the French information technology services company SATELIA for around EUR 7.6 million, through an operation to be financed by at least 50% with a share swap. SATELIA, which employs 105, is expected to make a turnover of EUR 7.5 million during the next financial period.
