Launch of Solidarity Fund for free movement of people

Brussels, 04/12/2000 (Agence Europe) - Euro Citizen Action Service (ECAS) and the Association for Innovative Cooperation in Europe (AICE) have announced the creation of a "Free Movement Solidarity Fund".
