AGF, French subsidiary of German insurance firm ALLIANZ, has acquired 25% of the capital of TINDALL RILEY MARINE LTD, the management company of BRITANNIA STEAMSHIP INSURANCE ASSOCIATION, one of the leading British ship insurance companies, via its fully-owned subsidiary ALLIANZ AGF MAT LTD. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
