Luxembourg, 04/12/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Second Chamber of the European Court of First Instance presided by Jörg Pirrung rejected the action initiated by the European Union's Committee of the Cotton and Allied Textile Industries (Eurocoton) and of several of its members against the Council.
