EIB loan of EUR 94.65 million for motorways

Luxembourg, 21/11/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank has decided to grant a loan of EUR 94.65 million to Algeria to finance the cost of building three sections of the East-West Motorway to the south of Algiers. The loan brings to a total of EUR 246 million the loans granted over the past ten years to Algeria by the EIB, for the development of the motorway network.
