In Belgium, the Internet access provider BELGACOM SKYNET and the publisher AVERBODE (magazines for the young: Tremplin, Dorémi and Bonjour) have each invested EUR 4 million in the creation of a new joint venture called EDULINE. It is aimed at young internet surfers, parents and the educational community.
