ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) optics

The US producer of defence and electronic equipment, RAYTHEON, is to sell, for an undisclosed amount, its optical systems activities to BF GOODRICH. Specialised in optical, detection and alarm systems for military programmes, ROS - RAYTHEON OPTICAL SYSTEMS made a turnover of $152 million in 1999.
