Finland backs the Dutch appeal against the Council decisions on the new classification of documents

Brussels, 06/11/2000 (Agence Europe) - Finland has just provided its backing to the appeal lodged before the European Court of Justice by the Netherlands, appeal that disputes the validity of two decisions taken this summer, on the initiative of Council Secretary General Javier Solana.
