Brussels, 06/11/2000 (Agence Europe) - During its forthcoming plenary session in Strasbourg, the European Parliament will give its stance on the European Charter of Fundamental Rights, as endorsed by the Biarritz Summit and as to be proclaimed by the Nice Summit. The Parliament must give its assent regarding the Charter, after the debate that it will hold on Tuesday morning on the second Voggenhuber/Duff report on this subject.
