ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) space

SES - SOCIETE EUROPEENNE DE SATELLITES, concluded an agreement with the Brazilian Telecommunications operator ENBRATEL for the creation of a joint satellite company. EMBRATEL will hold 80.01% of this company and SES the remaining 19.99%. the new company will operate nine satellites.
