ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) galvanising

The Belgian company GALVA POWER (annual turnover of BEF 3 billion with 500 employees) is negotiating a merger with the German VOIGT & SCHWEITZER. Specialised in hot galvanising, the two companies are considering the creation of a new entity that will include, firstly, the activities of GALVA POWER in Belgium, and then those in Germany and the United States. GLAVA POWER will hold a little more than 30% of the company.
