Luxembourg, 19/10/2000 (Agence Europe) - As EUROPE announced (see bulletin on 18 October, p.5), on the occasion of their "Jumbo Council" in Luxembourg on Tuesday, Justice and Home Affairs Ministers, and Finance Ministers, unanimously adopted an ambitious plan in view of stepping-up the fight against financial crime, and money laundering in particular.
