ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) office furniture

The Dutch groups SAMAS and AHREND intend to merge in order to create the largest company in Europe for office furniture and fittings. The new entity will be called AHREND-ASPA, will employ 5,300 and make a turnover of around EUR 1.5 billion.
