ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) chemicals

German group HENKEL and Brazilian BOMBRIL (Italian group CIRIO) have concluded an agreement with a view to the creation of a joint venture in Brazil specialised in detergents. HENKEL will invest $190 million to acquire 50% of the undertaking.
