Green light for joint venture in e-commerce

Brussels, 09/10/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Commission authorised the creation of a joint venture between Bayer AG, Deuitsche Telekom AG and Infraserv GmbH & CO Hochst KG. Named Chemplorer, this company will act as an e-commerce platform without intermediary aimed at covering the specific needs of the chemical industry in terms of supplies in goods and technical and administrative services, said "MRO" products (maintenance, repair and operation) and packaging.
