ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) insurance

AGF, French subsidiary of the German insurer ALLIANZ, has taken over all the capital in the Dutch group ZA - ZWOLSCHE ALGEMEEN (383 million euro turnover in 1999, with a staff of 600), subsidiary of HARTFORD INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL SERVICES GROUP, for an undisclosed amount. AGF is already present in the Netherlands through its subsidiary ROYAL NEDERLAND (850 million euro turnover in 199).
