Parliament insists on taking intermodal terminals into account in Trans-European Transport Networks

Strasbourg, 09/10/2000 (Agence Europe) - With the adoption of the report by German Social Democrat Wilhelm Piecyk, the European Parliament amended, within the framework of codecision procedure, the Council's "common position" on maritime ports and inland ports in the context of the Trans-European Networks for Transport (REN-T).
