Human Rights NGOs refuse to participate in EU/China dialogue on human rights so as not to give it their backing

Brussels, 28/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - Invited by the French Presidency of the Council to take part in the biannual session of dialogue between the European Union and China on human rights, being held in Beijing Thursday and Friday, several Human Rights NGOs refused to participate.
