Criticisms of Evan report towards draft European Commission recommendation on mobility

Brussels, 28/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - The report by Robert Evans (ESP, UK) reveals a set of failings in the draft recommendation by the European Commission relating to the "mobility of students, people in training, young volunteers, teachers and trainers within the EC" (see EUROPE of last 24-25 January).
