28/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - The academic year of the College of Europe of Brugge (the 51st) will open on 6 October by an address by Greek Foreign Minister George Papandreou. At the ceremony, to be chaired by the President of the Administrative Council of the College of Europe, former Belgian Prime Minister Jean-Luc Dehaene, the College's Rector, Otto von der Gablentz, will recall Aristotle, Patron of the Promotion 2000-2001.
