Brussels, 11/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - During his visit to Moscow (from 8 to 11 September), Commissioner Philippe Busquin met Vice Prime Minister Ilya Klebanov, Director General for the Russian Space Agency RosAviaKosmos Yuri Koptev, as well as Industry Minister Alexander Dondukov and Atomic Energy Minister Evgueni Adamov.
