SYSECA (French group THOMSON-CSF: 424 million euro turnover in 1999 with a workforce of 4,200, 800 of whom in Spain) has taken over the Spanish firm SGO (4.6 million euro turnover in 1999 with 150 employees), specialised in integrating new Internet technologies in computer systems, for an undisclosed amount.
