Colloquy on European cultural industries in digital environment

Brussels, 11/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - In the context of the French Council Presidency of the EU, a colloquy on the European cultural industries in a digital environment will be held on Monday and Tuesday, 11 and 12 September, in Lyons. The debate is based on three themes: a) concentration, production and distribution and its consequences; b) electronic commerce and the dematerialisation of cultural content; c) the funding of content.
