The Swiss group NESTLE has taken control of its Japanese subsidiary NESTLE MACKINTOSH KK (annual turnover of over CHF 200 million with 400 employees), specialised in chocolates and confectionery, by buying 34% of the capital held by its partner FUJIYA, for an undisclosed amount.
