EUR 300 million loan to Unicredito for SME

Luxembourg, 11/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank is granting a loan of EUR 300 million to Gruppo Unicredito Italiano for the financing of small and medium sized projects in Italy. "Banks in the Unicredito Group and the leasing subsidiary Locat Spa, the largest leasing company in Italy, will also be able to draw on this credit line", indicated the EIB, while recalling that "leasing represents one of the main sources of external financing for SMEs in Italy, especially...
