08/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - Greek Foreign Minister George Papandreou met President Milosevic in Belgrade on 7 September, to whom he handed a message from the Fifteen by which the EU's attitude towards the Fry would change if the 24 September elections were genuinely democratic (see EUROPE of 4/5 September, p.6).
