Brussels, 08/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - The preparatory group of the Intergovernmental Conference on the EU's institutional reform is to hold its second meeting since the summer break on Monday, 11 September. Work of the representatives of the foreign ministers of the Fifteen will turn to co-decision, the European Parliament, the Court of Justice and Court of First Instance.
