Brussels, 08/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - The preparatory group of the Intergovernmental Conference on the EU's institutional reform is to hold its second meeting since the summer break on Monday, 11 September. Work of the representatives of the foreign ministers of the Fifteen will turn to co-decision, the European Parliament, the Court of Justice and Court of First Instance.
The Group will continue to meet once a week until the European Council of Biarritz of 13 and 14 October, whereas the IGC at ministerial level is scheduled for 18 September in Brussels and a ministerial conclave is to be held in Luxembourg on 8 October.
