Brussels / Madrid / Vienna, 08/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - The three Wise Men instructed by the Fourteen to examine the political situation in Austria following the formation of the OVP/FPO government - Finland's Martti Ahtissari, Spin's Marcelino Oreja and Germany's Jochen Forwein - handed their report to President Chirac on 8 September. The President of the French Republic received the three at the Elysée at 18.00 hrs..
