Motivated opinion to three Member States for incorrect transposition into national law of Community legislation concerning waste

Brussels, 03/08/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Commission decided to pursue infringement proceedings started against Germany, Austria and Belgium that persist in not fully respecting Community legislation concerning waste. These three Member Sates will receive a motivated opinion (second step in the procedure) under Article 226 of the Treaty. Below are the infringements reproached by the Commission:
