Mrs. Winkler, of the Monitoring Centre in Vienna, concerned at situation in Germany

Vienna, 03/08/2000 (Agence Europe) - Beate Winkler, the Director (German) of the European Monitoring Centre for Racism and Xenophobia, which has its headquarters in Vienna, told AFP that she was very alarmed at the statistic provided by the German Government on Tuesday highlighting an increase in racist and anti-semitic crime in Germany over the past few months.
