02/08/2000 (Agence Europe) - Back in Gaza on Wednesday, after a 5-day tour of several Arab countries, President Arafat, asked about the proclamation of the Palestinian State planned for 13 September, said: "The decision was taken by the Central Council of the PLO and we are held by that commitment".
