ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) computing

The Belgian group TELINDUS acquired a 74% stake in the system integrator EXPERTEL (turnover of EUR 10 million forecasted for 2000), the existing management conserving 26% of the shares. TELINDUS forecasts to make for the present financial year a turnover of EUR 500 million.
